"Not a good/healthy selection for breakfast (prepackaged, mini donuts, and honey buns.) The rooms were nice, and the beds were very comfortable! Reasonable price and a great place to sleep!"

"The first room we’re in the cable didn’t work. The sink faucet was very jiggly. The second room we were in the carpet was pulled back in corners of the room, exposing the floor. I was just disappointed in the shape of this hotel"

"Staff was very nice. Room was so hot could not sleep. About 80 degrees. Went to front desk and they gave me a broken box fan bc they were all out of regular fans. I asked to talk to a manager and there wasn't one available. The front desk said they would call or email, they never followed up. Hot tub was out of order, why can't they mention that when booking? The breakfast area is in an odd place and very sparse. "

"This was one of the best hotels I’ve stayed at. The front desk staff were INCREDIBLE, the breakfast staff were always so helpful and pleasant and everything was so clean (including the pool which I find is usually not well maintained elsewhere). I was so impressed and would highly recommend this hotel to people visiting the area! Again, 5 stars for the front desk staff, they blew me away."

"It is located in a very good spot, around lots of things but will need a car. Single female traveler and never did I feel unsafe. All and all good experience and would stay again."

"Pool area had no signage to tell where it was. Room door had broken latching mechanism curtains ripped with barely a touch. Towels are in a random closet instead of the bathroom, like use a towel bar or have a wall shelf or a shelf under the sink. Also charged $15+tax for parking?? Come on if you had all these problems and you then charge for parking, sad."

"The hotel was clean and the room well maintained.it was quiet. The breakfast was a decent portion and variety. The front desk staff was not forthcoming with information. I needed the airport shuttle and had previously asked how often it ran. I was only told, it ran every hour on the hour. When I checked out and inquired about the shuttle I was told I wasn't on the shuttle list. No one told me about a list. Then the front desk worker called the shuttle driver, who was sitting outside in the empty shuttle, to asked if he had time to drop me off. It was 5 min before the hour. If he runs at the top of the hour why shouldn't he have time? The driver was polite and had good conversation but did mention to me that he was doing me a favor since I wasn't on the list. How are you at work, during your scheduled hours, and doing me a favor by assisting me in your job capacity, during the time I was told that you would be available? I stayed because it was close to the airport with shuttle and breakfast. I travel quite often and this was probably the least favorite service oriented stay in awhile."
