""This place has EVERYTHING!!"...is what we kept saying!! Six adults and three kids spent a week here, and we truly had an incredible time. The house is perfect for large families, multi-generation, etc, and we never felt crowded or packed in. Fully stocked with everything we could need, plenty of sleeping space (this tall family appreciates the king beds!), and tons of fun activities for all. We appreciated not having to pack towels, sheets, beach chairs, and other bulky things because all those (and more) were included! Kathleen is a lovely host and was available for any and all questions while still leaving us to our vacation. The beach is incredibly close while still being far enough away that a small child can't "fall out of the house and into the water." We kayaked, paddleboarded, enjoyed the fire pit, and of course we did sunset swims. This was truly an amazing place to stay and we will hopefully be returning in the future!"

"We had our family of 5 up to this beautiful house on Sebago Lake and rarely left as it was so much fun! Amazing dock and mooring to go with spacious home with foosball and ping pong in basement, would definitely stay here again!"

"House fit our family of 9 adults, 3 small kids, and a dog. House was clean, and well stocked.Dock was great for overnight for our boat. Great swimming, kayaking, and canoeing. We even caught fish from tge dock!!! Neighborhood was great, had a nice 45 min. loop to walk. The location on the lake was excellent!!!"

"This house is so cute! It was the perfect retreat for our vacation visiting family. The house is clean and well equipped. The beach was just a couple of minutes walk. They provide lovely beach towels for use. The screened porch was perfect for quiet mornings. It was nice having an on site washing machine and dryer. The host responded quickly to anything I needed assistance with and checked in to see if we had arrived. It’s in a great location that is easy to get to and close to all the area has to offer. We had a great stay!"

"Fantastic and clean property with view of the lake. Ryan, the owner is extremely helpful and goes out of his way to make sure renters are very comfortable. He is very easy to communicate with. "This is the PERFECT lake house!!! Impeccably clean, nicely appointed, comfortable beds, and all of the kitchen and other amenities we needed, including food and water bowls for our dog. The beautiful and huge outdoor deck was the highlight for us! Stunning views of the cove -- peaceful and serene. Great for coffee in the morning and a glass of wine in the evening. We loved it and will definitely be back!"
