"We enjoyed this home. It was convenient for Navy graduation and close to a train station to make it easier to get into the base. We also liked the 3 levels giving a few families their own space when need. Things for the kids to do, convenient for stores. Kitchen and bedrooms were great. The host was easy to work with."

"This lovely home provided a wonderful stay for our family during Navy boot camp graduation. It is immaculately clean, spacious, stocked with every supply need and felt like being a treasured guest in someone’s home. The beds were so comfortable and we slept amazingly well. The neighborhood is beautiful and quiet and the hosts go above and beyond. Close proximity to the Navy base and many restaurants. The fireplace is not usable and should be listed as decorative under the amenities as this is one reason why we chose the home. Overall, an absolutely splendid experience! We would definitely stay again if we are ever in the area."

"Room was clean and in order, bathroom room was cleaned very well and stocked. Staff was friendly and very polite. The breakfast was typical continental breakfast and busy but food service staff were right there cleaning and stocking all the food item. I enjoyed my stay, and will continue to use as my vacation relaxation spot. "

"Arrived on the absolutely coldest time of the year. We found the house inviting and quaint. The view of the lake was wonderful and a big window to sit and drink coffee by. I commented that I thought the lake would be great in the summer and not at 17 below, but ice fishing did cross my mind. The dogs walked in the park across the street, next to the lake and were greeted by many other dog "friends". Although it is on the corner, it is a quiet neighborhood. Furniture was typical of a rented house, but very nicely done and not overdone. It appeared the owners took the advice of other reviews and added the things that people suggested (like a coffee table in living room). The pictures show a twin bed, but there is a full/queen in each room and the one room has bunk beds. We had a great time. We were in town for a dog show and it met every need! The only thing that I would change is that for those of us who pick the coldest week to visit, it would have been nice to have a few extra blankets in the closet, but not a necessity! We had one little issue and the hostess responded quickly and promptly to our needs! Thank you for a great stay! "
