"Reserved a one bedroom suite as part of a gift for daughter's birthday. Ended up butted up against elevator listening to it roar past 2 feet behind our heads. Oh and air conditioning didnt work in the bedroom. So those sleeping on couch froze while those in bedroom swelter"
