"This hotel is not in the best area and is in disrepair. Our room deadbolt did not lock. There were holes in the doors and it looked like the door had been kicked in before. The door jam was bent. There were shady people standing around outside in the parking lot. The other guests down our hall were loud and there were loud cars driving in and out all night. Would not recommend. I will not be staying here again. "

"I loved the layout of the room. The lobby was very inviting with a bar, ample seating, gas fire place, and pool table. We didn't use the pool (didn't think to bring bathing suit), and if it had been warmer, they had a nice outdoor lounge area that would make a nice place to relax."

"The staff was not very welcoming, and seemed to be put out by guests. The facility itself needs repair; only 1 of the 2 elevators are working. The breakfast was one of the worst we’ve ever had a a Hampton. The bed was terrible, and the room was very dark."

"We drove pass Columbus OH twice in the past 5 years, and both times we stayed in this hotel. In my opinion, this is the best 3-star (or 3.5 star) hotel I've ever been all around the country. Very clean and spacious room, modern and very well maintained, very nice breakfast. Safe surroundings, and close to Easton Town Center (lots of food and shopping opportunities)."

"Nice hotel. Very clean. Great staff. Quiet. I would give it five stars except the pillows on the bed, for me, were not comfortable. My husband did not like them either. They are feather and they collapse. Bring your own pillow and you will have a wonderful night's stay."
