"I am writing this on behalf of my 20 year old son who spent a long weekend in Colfax with a friend photographing the area. The owner was extremely friendly and easy to work with before the trip. My son said he actually did not meet her in person while there but it was very easy to check in, they had everything they needed including a toothbrush and toothpaste (he forgot his at home). He said the property was definitely family friendly and the neighbourhood was very “interesting”. "
