"We arrived in Dublin for my birthday. The next day while going to a birthday dinner, we were robbed by immigrants in Dublin. They stole my phone and my wallet. I had to make calls to cancel everything. It completely ruined our trip there we were with no money. and no credit cards the night manager was so kind. He ordered a pizza and gave us €20 until I could get some wired money they went way beyond the call of duty. I’d like to add that the drinks were fabulous and the dinners on the menu were delicious. "

Would definitely recommend to family and friends. Kitty at the front desk gave us some places to visit and would ask about our experience which made the stay very welcoming!! "The room was very clean and the hotel staff extremely accommodating, especially with dinner reservations. When we checked in, the kitchen wasn't serving food, so the manager had a concierge walk us to a sister hotel for lunch and they took care of our meal due to the inconvenience. It was a very nice gesture and was totally unexpected. The location is central to everything! Highly recommend staying here."
