"Nice room- appreciated king size bed and sofa bed for our soon-however the glasses were dirty some days and sometimes not changed out. Not close to the airport - uber was about $55- but pretty close to the mall. Breakfast was very good- great variety-hot items/ fruit/ yogurt/ cereal/ oatmeal- and nice breakfast area. The pool was nice- hot tub jets weren’t too powerful but it was hot. There were some homeless in the area so good to be aware as you are coming and going."

"Great location right across the street from the West Edmonton Mall. Rooms are very reasonable especially mid week. Continental breakfast does not have any hot items but a great variety to choose from. Parking is great right outside the hotel plus they have underground parking. Overall the stay was very enjoyable."

"The room was clean, showing a little of its age but still comfortable. Staff was good, we’ve been coming here for years, we are noticing it’s hit or miss with the staff, some of them knows us and greets us like family others it’s like they are greeting us for the manual they used in orientation. We are finding the customer service is dropping a little. But still a really good place to stay"

"The hotel room was clean. We got a room beside the pool on the main floor. Had a door which was nice to go in & out to tye pool. Worried that it eould get loud by the pool but respectfully when it closed st 10pm it was quiet. There is a separate small hot tub. AC was a bit loud but it did kept the room cool enough. The shower water pressure was weak. The faucets would leak and got a few of my belongings wet just had to move it farther way and wipe it with the towel each time I washed my hands. Went during the week, less visitors and it was nice. 2 restsurants- Chops & Denny's. Close to McDonald's, Arby's, KFC and Seafood city, also close to the cheaper ESSO gas station. Parking in front and back of the hotel. "

"Its clean and comfortable but our check out was unfairly rushed. We were notified to vacate and check out before 10am. Since they have to clean up for the next people. Its bad enough that 10am is an hour early than most places for check out time, but pressuring us "

"Very comfortable sleep. Bed was very cozy. Decor is nice. Everything in decent shape. Quiet neighborhood. Checking in/out was a breeze. Our little dog was cozy and had a nice lil yard to do her thing. Price was excellent. Would stay here again. A"

"Good enough for us as we barely staying in just needed the room to sleep and the host was kind enough to upgrade the room to the one that has washroom in it due to us bringing our 3 months old."
