"We had a issue with a hotel in St. Louis, so we drove to Quincy and arrived at midnight, the front desk person was awesome. I mistakenly made the reservation in Quincy for 2/27 because we were in a hurry leaving St. Louis but your staff changed it for us to 2/20. Your hotel was beautiful, everything was fresh and clean far more than we expected. "
