"Delightful stay on very quiet horse dressage ranch in Sonoitawell off the beaten path (just how I like it) accommodating hosts plus their elder horses & 5 very friendly dogs. The bunkhouse is cute & quaint with a beautiful outside covered patio for morning coffee or late night star gazing with a guaranteed visit from Rudy plus his dog buddies! The bunkhouse kitchenette is well appointed with everything you would need, coffee maker, toaster oven, 2 burner cook top, microwave and full sized fridge....it does not have an oven but there is a toaster oven and a gas grill outside. Surrounded by acres of rolling hills and peace & quiet but only 10 minutes to Sonoita Center PLUS all the wineries are within reasonable driving distance. Scarlett & Guy are awesome hosts! "

"Absolutely LOVED our relaxing weekend and the hosts, Donna and Howard. They were so inviting. The horses and the dogs were the sweetest. Donna and Howard gave us vegetables from their garden and they were absolutely delicious. The trailer was phenomenal. Stocked with everything that you could need to cook breakfast lunch or dinner. The views and property are breathtaking. The shower was hot and the air conditioning was cold. We’ll definitely be back."

We stayed in the Hummingbird Casita, which was cozy, beautifully maintained, and surrounded by nature — the perfect escape from the hustle of everyday life.Robin, the owner and host, was exceptional. Warm, friendly, and incredibly accommodating, she made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. Her thoughtful touches — from fresh eggs to locally sourced snacks (many made by her!) — made our stay even more special.One of our favorite experiences was enjoying morning coffee while wandering the walking labyrinth, a peaceful and meditative way to start the day. The close proximity to Patagonia Lake made it easy for us to raft and enjoy the stunning mountain birdlife.And we can’t forget the infinity hot tub — an especially terrific way to unwind and take in the dramatic monsoon evenings.
