"This hotel was spectacular! We were greeted warmly upon arrival, from the staff waiting outside the front doors to those who checked us in at the front desk. They even offered my kids some cute welcome stuffed animals! Our room was ready early, and it was wonderful. The coffee bar in the morning was also excellent. And the location was perfect! Such a great experience for our family vacation!"

"The doorman was really nice and helpful when we arrived which we appreciated. Unfortunately the check-in experience was not great. My wife checked in with the kids while I parked the car and she was given access to a room that was already occupied, which was a little jarring. On top of that it was not the spacious suite we had originally booked and paid for. The front desk said they “upgraded” us as a result but the room we ended up in seemed to be the room we had expected and paid for in the first place. Once we opened the sofa bed the sheets were not made and did not appear clean. When we requested new sheets something about them seemed to irritate my daughter’s skin and she had a facial allergic reaction shortly after laying on the pillows. The amenities were pretty limited. That said, the hotel is in a great location, the price was reasonable, and it gave us a safe place to sleep. Overall it worked for what we needed, but the room mix-up, cleanliness issue, and reaction to the bedding dampened our stay."
