"The breakfast was terrible- we were there for 3 days and they had a sign on the juice machine saying out of order...they did not provide any other option besides coffee...if you wanted tea a server would have to go to another room to get you hot water.....when breakfast closed there was still people in the room and they were told to take their food to their room and ;lea"

"The property is dated and you can tell. They were doing renovations during our stay, on all the rooms surrounding our room. Staff was fairly nice, be one staff didn’t know which rooms were being renovated which I could not believe. At night, there’s a security guard watching the front door, good that security is present but also gives sense of insecurity on area on why a security guard is needed, unlike other hotels in other areas. The parking lot is a bit dark. Overall, the day is just satisfactory but would not recommend staying here if have other choice. "

"When we entered the rental, Master bedroom light is hanging from wires from ceiling, coffee table is broken and a dangerous spill waiting to happen, microwave should not have sauce smeared on the sides and front, and wifi is so slow it reminds me of dial up. Sounded like a stampede of elephants overhead at 7:15am. A regular size coffee pot would be nice. My daughter slipped and fell on the driveway because it was so icy. Entrance way is awkward, there is two doors with electric locks, the outside one malfunctions alot. If you like being watched and recorded with zero privacy, this is a great place to stay. They charge 10/per child per day, and add it on as a host fee. Any visitor beware, there will be a charge for admission. I attempted to bring all these issues to hosts attention, did not take well to criticism. The host tried to revise my payment after we checked out, I contacted VBRO support, they advised me not to pay any of the charges. The host should not be a VBRO host. Find somewhere else to stay."

"The hosts were helpful with questions and cleared the fresh snow in the morning. The kitchen had lot's of spices, coffee, tea etc. Everywhere was very clean."

"The house accommodated all of our family, lots of space and we didn’t feel crowded. The only things is that I wished we had more plates. We also couldn’t get the heat to work it worked in the basement but not on the main floor. Otherwise, the stay was great!!"
