"I had the pleasure of staying at the Pearl Continental Hotel in Lahore, and I must say, my experience was largely delightful. The staff, particularly Diab Khokker, deserves special commendation for their prompt and attentive service. Diab's instant replies truly enhanced the overall experience, ensuring any queries or concerns were swiftly addressed.Moreover, I was impressed by the impeccable cleanliness maintained by Mureed Abbas, the room cleaning person. Coming back to a spotless room after a long day of exploring Lahore was truly refreshing.However, while the service exceeded expectations, I found the culinary offerings to be lacking. The food, though satisfactory, did not quite meet the high standards one would expect in a city renowned for its culinary delights. I believe there is room for improvement in this aspect, perhaps by diversifying the menu or enhancing the flavor profiles to better reflect the rich culinary heritage of Lahore.Overall, my stay at the Pearl Continental Hotel was enjoyable, largely due to the exceptional service provided by the staff. With a few tweaks to the dining experience, it has the potential to be truly outstanding."

"We enjoyed our stay here, breakfast was great. Air conditioning in the room was weak. And the comforter was very heavy, if you sleep under it, you will surely sweat a lot and it will be like sleeping in puddle of water. We asked for light comforter but they didnt have it. Otherwise it is a very nice hotel to stay in. Staff was courteous and super helpful. I will definitely stay here again."

"Best service and staff is awesome. The hotel is very clean and has all the modern amenities one can expect coming from US. Breakfast menu is elaborate and authentic Pakistani and Asian menu everyday. Rooms are well maintained and good size with very clean bathrooms. Closet space is plenty with a good size locker. Nearby MM Alam road is famous for high end shopping and dining. What’s my personal favorite was the superb hospitality and security this hotel provided me. I would definitely recommend Nishat Gulberg and give a 5 star."

"Our Executive room was space, clean and modern. Our stay was comfortable in it. We ordered room service a couple of times and the food was delicious. What really set it apart was their helpful staff. The director rooms, Aziz, personally helped us out with extending our stay in the same room, even though the hotel was fully booked. "
