Overall Fantastic!

Very enjoyable stay. Perfectly located right next to Loftus Versfeld, shops and restaurants. The staff were all amazing, friendly and helpful. Couldn't fault anything about the hotel - the only slight inconvenience was the fact that late nigt room service wasn't an option. Overall though, fantastic!

Excellent Hotel @ Loftus Park in Pretoria

Excellent service as always. We arrived early on an overnight flight from UK, was given complimentary breakfast whilst they made 3 rooms ready for early checkin. Stayed here a couple of times now, service, food and overall experience is first class. Would highly recommend and look forward to staying again.

Absolutely amazing stay

The hotel is extremely clean and comfortable. The staff so friendly. Breakfast was such a pleasure. The restaurant staff was super helpfull and the food amazing and great quality. Unfortunatley my room lock from inside did not work so i did not sleep so well but that was only because it could not lock from inside. I reported it the next day (got in too late the night before) and they were going to action it the same day. I would stay at this hotel every time i go to Pretoria from now on

Difficult to enter when Loftus is used for sport

Extremely difficult to enter the hotel by car when a match (soccer or rugby) is being played at adjacent Loftus Versfeld. Room service terrible. We waited for more than an hour, and had to phone several times, before delivery was made, despite being promised initially that it would take at the most 40 minutes. The food was cold. The reception staff were highly professional and friendly.

Excellent facilities. Well trained personable staff members. Exceptional management team. Comfortable rooms. Very spacious. Clean / quiet / exactly what is advertised and more. Watertight security including the fact that you need a key card to access not only your room/s but also the elevators. Staff bent over backwards to accommodate our many bizarre requests and showed no surprise or overt interest in the rational for same a fact I very much appreciate. Would I recommend- absolutely. Very good hotel and very good service from front desk staffs. Domi (not sure how to spell her name) is very nice and professionals . She helped us to book a half day tour in Pretoria, which was very good experience. The guide guy is very nice and knowledgeable, so we gave a big tips to him at the end of the tour. We really appreciated Domi’s help for booking the tour. She called us several times back and forth while booking it. The room is huge and very clean, we like it. One thing we don’t like, The experience of eating in the restaurants at 5th floor was not good, the music was too loud, we were waiting and waiting for almost one hour but could not have our foods. After we talked to the manager over there, then finally he took our foods out and gave it to us.

Staff at front desk generally helpful. Staff at the restaurant is a different story .The first night the fact that we had paid for our dinner with my daughters' card they called us rudely on the phone inpur room asking me to come to the dining to pay for my dinner . when I told them that my daughter had paid they ask that my daughter go to the dining room to pay. Only to apologise later that it was a mistake. ! I did complain to the management. If indeed WWE did not pay it would have been sufficient to put the sum owed on the room bill. In addition shuttle trip from J'burg airport to the Hotel in Pretoria was overcharged by 250 rands . The hotel being aware of how we were swindled reimbursed 250 in cash when we checked out Quite an experience .
