Great stay and very conveniently located to Menlyn mall and Menlyn Maine mall. Great breakfasts served. Lots of parking spaces within the gates, so very safe.

4 Golfers

We consisted of 4 golfers from the UK so chose this area for easy access to quality courses. The staff were friendly and the property itself was of a high standard. Restaurants are about a 5 minute drive away and if good quality.

Nice premises, but lacking

The Premises were nice and the receptionist was very friendly and helpful. But the guest house lacked the finishing of a 4*. . I think it might have been in the past but I was disappointed in the finishing touches, it seemed like they were cutting corners.

A very satisfied client

I needed to stay over in Pretoria on two occasions in quick succession and was very impressed with the state of the rooms which were beautifully clean with warm crisp bedding. All the appliances were functional and the breakfast was fresh and tasty. Thank you for a good stay. I will recommend your guest house to anyone and hope to back soon.

Wonderful stay in the Hotel Constantia Manor

I stayed for 6 days in the Hotel. The owners upgrade my room for free and where very helpful with all the questions I had. Having good connections with local companies! The area is safe and enjoyed the day in the Hotel and like to thank Rudolf and Hanna for there services!

South African Hospitality at its best.

A GREAT Hotel / Guest House, staff are friendly helpful and efficient. I have over 30 years experience within the luxury hotel, hospitality and resort industry across the world, and have stayed in some of the best hotels of the world from SA to Europe, Middle East and USA. The basic requirement of any hotel/guest house is to provide its guests with a comfortable room experience and quality breakfast. Constantia Manor provides all of this and more, and most definitely better than some of the more established hotel brand names of the South African market, including Sun International, Southern Sun / Holiday Inn, Sheraton, Hilton and others. We stayed for 3 weeks and I would recommend any traveler to Pretoria to consider this operation as a first choice hotel and base. It is close to all of Pretoria's attractions and the main routes to Joburg and all other day visit venues in the area.

PROS; Nice staff esp. the owners Rudolph and Hanna, Warm breakfast everyday and dinners by appointment, Clean, Security provided, feather down comforter, nice grounds, mostly white neighborhood; gym, restaurants, mall near by. free newspapers. CONS; all of Pretoria is high crime there is no way to get away from the beggers and homeless; had my laptop stolen from the trunk of my rental while i was eating at a nearby restaurant, no staff around after 6pm, No phone in room, small safe, no internal door locks, electrified fence surronding the manor with little warning signs so don't touch them. Would i stay there again? Yes.
