Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, listing accuracy

Owner double booked

The owner would not respond to messages and when I called said the apartment was not available. Shame on me for waiting until I was in Johannesburg to call, but I received so many Verbo confirmation emails I had no reason to believe it was not a confirmed reservation.
