  • New apartment, fully equipped for your comfortable stay. On the 16th floor with a view of the sea from your bedroom window. Located next to Manaíra Shopping Mall, where you can find everything you need, just a 5-minute walk away. Close to Manaíra Beach, only a 15-minute walk.
    Building with a gym, and a wonderful pool and barbecue area on the top floor with a view of the sea where the sun rises first in the whole area.
