The hotel was excellent, the staff went out of their way to assist us. All around an excellent experience and will definitely tell family and friends to stay here. Looking forward to staying here again in the future.

It’s very well located and the staff was always with a smile. However the bathroom was not clean and well kept at all. Very dirty bathroom made our stay not to be great.

I would avoid the ocean front suites if you are looking for a quiet sleep. The sliding doors to the balcony are not the best at suppressing the sounds of the main street. But it’s proximity to the beach is pretty good

Won't go back!

If you expecting top service or a 3-4 stars in Joao Pessoa, then get prepared because this stars won't exist there. Starting with the good stuff, the shower was ok, but none of the amenities were refueled. The cover blanket and pellow covers were disgusting, after 3 attempts the switched for clean ones. Their merchant machine to payoff the bill might not work so bring cash with you. The pool is nothing you see in pictures, it is really small. The towels from the room are very low quality and you will get one per person, we asked for the pool towels to use it at the room, it worked ok. The breakfast its better then a continental US breakfast, but be ready because its very oily.

Pesquisa sobre hotel: Minha experiência no hotel deixou bastante a desejar em diversos aspectos importantes para quem se hospeda em uma cidade litorânea: • Infraestrutura inadequada para roupas de praia: Um dos maiores incômodos foi a total falta de estrutura para secar roupas de banho. Não havia varal, suporte ou qualquer alternativa oferecida aos hóspedes. Para um hotel localizado em uma região de praia, isso é um descuido grave e impacta diretamente no conforto da estadia. • Café da manhã decepcionante: A qualidade do café da manhã foi abaixo do esperado. Os sucos servidos estavam extremamente aguados, comprometendo o sabor e a experiência geral da refeição. A variedade e frescor dos itens também deixaram a desejar. • Problemas de manutenção: O vaso sanitário do quarto apresentou entupimento, o que causou bastante desconforto. Esse tipo de problema deveria ser identificado e resolvido antes da chegada dos hóspedes. Considerações finais A proposta de um hotel de praia deve incluir o mínimo de comodidade para lidar com itens molhados, como roupas de banho e toalhas. A ausência de soluções simples como um varal ou suporte para secagem demonstra falta de atenção às necessidades básicas dos hóspedes. Com melhorias nesses pontos, a experiência poderia ser muito mais agradável.

Dentro do esperado.

Estadia dentro do esperado no que se refere ao quarto. Pontos de melhoria: piscina suja durante todo final de semana. Foram limpar em pleno domingo, ficando acessivel apenas a infantil, mas mesmo assim quem tinha crianças não conseguia usar pq os adultos passaram usá-la. Mais um ponto a desejar, foi a falta de informações a respeito do estacionamento. Na reserva informa que há estacionamento disponível,porém não detalha que custa R$ 15,00 por diária. Café da manha bom. Funcionários atenciosos.

Atendimento dos recepcionista sao bem serios e nao tem nem um pouco de simpatica e cordialidade. Sou gold e e tenho upgrade de quarto, perguntei sobre isso para a recepcionista e ela disse que eu teria que pagar 250reais pelo upgrade e que tinha disponibilidade. porem mostrei que no site do Hoteis.com eu tinha direito gratis. ela levou para o supervisor e depois voltou dizendo que nao tinha disponibilidade. achei um absurdo isso. quarto 419 o chuveiro estava pessimo, rack embaixo da tv com uma parte estourada.
