Quarto Muito bom, tudo novo, quartos foram recém reformados então estava tudo novinho. Ar condicionado novo também, muito silencioso. Quarto bem espaçoso, o frigobar também era novo e muito silencioso. Café da manhã simples mas muito bem preparado, com aquilo que é essencial pra um bom café. A única observação para melhorar seria a cama, era um pouco mole demais, como estou acostumado dormir em uma cama mais firme senti um pouco de dores nas costas, acho que por tudo ser novo no quarto merecia uma cama nova também para ser tudo perfeito.

A localização é privilegiada, da pra fazer a maioria das coisas a pé. Os funcionários da portaria são muito bons, educados, cordiais e sempre prontos pra ajudar. A limpeza dos quartos deixou um pouco a desejar. O cafe da manhã foi o ponto fraco além de nao oferecer muitas opções quem é responsável é uma empresa terceirizada, então em 2 dias que eu estive lá acabaram as louças e não repuzeram todos os alimentos.

Os quartos são bonitos e agradáveis não gostamos da limpeza os forros assim como as toalhas estavam com aspecto encardidos,o pessoal muito simpático,a entrada do hotel pela sua localização precisa de uma reforma com urgência,faltou água no nosso primeiro dia ,não tinha ferro de passar e o café da manhã é bem simples e o espaço pequeno sem falar do estacionamento muito pequeno e não tem para todos os hóspedes,então hj se soubesse dessas coisas não ficaria no hotel !

Barulho , conversas no corredor

Fiquei no quarto 110, bem próximo a recepção, onde é possível ouvir muito barulho vindo desse local, especialmente à noite, provavelmente os funcionários ficam assistindo videos no telefone em volume alto, onde é possível escutar no quarto. Solicitei troca para um andar mais alto, mesmo estando disposto a pagar a mais, foi negado. Muito barulho nesse corredor . Foram 12 diárias, merecia um apartamento longe do barulho.
