Precisa melhorar!!!

Precisam melhorar... 1. Na limpeza... Banheiro, pq haviam muitos cabelos de hospedes anteriores. Embaixo da cama e atrás do frigobar. 2. No conforto e bem estar do cliente, disponibilizando mais travesseiros e ferro de passar; 3. Na prestação de serviço, disponibilidade, qualidade no atendimento... Solicitei 2 travesseiros extras e o ferro de passar. Além da demora em responder, disseram "somente os dois que tem aí". Compramos 2 travesseiros pelo Rappi (eles salvaram nossa noite e foram mais prestativos...) deu menos de 100,00. (investimento baixíssimo pra satisfação do cliente!) E o ferro de passar? Responderam "ficará para amanhã". Não tivemos mais nenhum retorno.
