"Beautiful place to stay, a very short walk from the old street, very convenient and peaceful."

"Unfortunately, it was closed on the day I booked my stay (4/29/26). Expedia was able to refund me. From the outside, it looked nice and was central to downtown Jiufen. The only issue might be parking if you are driving, otherwise take public or private transit there. Very narrow streets. Enjoy your stay there, very reasonable and quaint area."

On clear days, the view from the dining room is breathtakingly spectacular, allowing you to see the entire Jiufen town stretching all the way to the ocean. It’s a beautiful and awe-inspiring sight! "Staff contacted me via WhatsApp. She met us at the temple near there and show us to our unit. The home conveniently located below the streets. Very large and spacious. Nicely decorated. AC works!!! Bonus there’s a fresh breakfast delivered too!"
