"家族旅行で4泊利用しました。オーナーの方がとても気さくな方で原村周辺の観光情報を教えてくださりました。また、1歳児を連れており部屋のベッドに寝かせるのは危険なので布団を貸して欲しいという急なお願いにも対応してくださりとても助かりました。ペンションの外観や内装はドイツのガストホフのような家庭的で暖かい感じでとてもおしゃれでした。宿泊費もリーズナブルでとても満足しました。また長野に行く機会があったら是非利用したいです。"

"The staff was very helpful, I could leave my luggage at reception and they took it up to my room so it was ready for me when I checked in. There are four different baths public baths: main bath;outdoor bath, and two smaller ones which had different herbs in them. Breakfast was also very good. Location is convenient for the train station and the lake. Overall enjoyable stay."

"What a delightful stay at this fantastic hotel!!! Amazing location, superb rooms and views, delicious food, all perfect. Very local crowd that comes to rest and enjoy nature. Get up early, and go to bed early after a nice dinner at the hotel or restaurant nearby. We tried the French and enjoyed chatting with the Chef. Really nice evening. Families welcome as plenty to do in the Park. Top visit and lovely hotel."
