"Do not imagine yourself staying in a five stars hotel. This is a very old property. The furniture and amenities are old and beat up. The staff is friendly and competent. "I loved the free washing machine and detergent in my room. My clothes dried nicely overnight. Staff was friendly, though could not help call a taxi. Metro stop is quite close, and there are lots of fun eating places nearby. The only 2 downsides are that the wi-fi connection was not very good, and the hotel is really hard to find. I had to call the number yhey provided and a man came to find me and lead me there. It's cliae to big Zhongshan street, but not right on it, and office is up on 6th...

"Room, bed, bathroom were very nice, definitely would book again. The staff were friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the robot that delivers orders to the room. The downsides were the wifi was not very good and we had to use cell service instead, and also booked this because the advertise laundry but it is a service and they charge by the piece. "

The only drawback is that the hotel doesn’t have a laundry facility but on the Expedia website says it has. So it’s misleading to me because I was expecting to do laundry when I arrived. "
