"So, my family and I stayed there for the week, I picked this motel because it was the safest and cleanest considering the price. Don't expect much when staying in a motel in Windsor ANYWHERE ! ... But, I will recommend this to anyone if they are looking for something cheap and fairly comfortable. You will not find no motel better. The only other one I would have considered and that's it, was the Royale Inn downt the street. As far as cleanliness though my husband and I had to clean everything, also brought all of our own blankets and pillows, towels ect. But I find all motels when there cleaned by the owners are definitely surface cleaners. All in all we were comfortable, it's was quiet and the owners were respectful and accommodating. Thanks 😌"

"What a nice hotel. It was super clean and the room was well stocked . The beds were a dream for sleeping :) Breakfast was very good with a variety of both hot and cold items: Fruit, cereal, waffles, eggs, meat, cheese, toast, bagels, muffins, yogurt , juice etc. Lots to choose from The staff at the front desk were very friendly and helpful. Ryley made sure everything was to our liking . There was also a young man at the front desk each morning ( I regret I didn’t get his name ) was also very kind and helpful. We didnt use the pool or exercise room so I can’t comment on that. I’m sure it would be great as well! I was really impressed with this hotel and would definitely stay again . "

"Staff was great! Parking was a nightmare and they charge $20 per night. Tv and desk did not work but maintenance fixed it immediately. Room was dark as their needs more lighting. Got all the lighting in the morning as their were no blackout curtains."

"I was back for one more night because I didn’t finish my appointment as I expected. The front desk recognized me and explained that why my room was cold because they didn’t expect I wanted the room on the second floor, they usually turn on the heater ahead of the guest arrival to ensure the guest has comfortable place. That was kind of nice to hear that, I felt am respected. The place is new Reno, new look, super clean, staff are great! Definitely will come back again. "
