Great modern hotel and great location by the beach. It exceeded our expectations. Having access direct to the pool from our room was a big bonus. Staff were all lovely.

Amazing stay !

The hotel is fantastic, right in front of the beach. The staff at the hotel is amazing and we really loved everything. Food is great too and the pool bar was the highlight for me and my wife. The room is clean and comfortable !

Amazing property with a beautiful ocean view. Staff very kind ,helpful , always smiling and easy to access. One of the best hotel teams I met after all my trips around the world. The pool is beautiful ,the afternoon coffee break is a great idea. Missing only a gym. Will defo return and recommend to others.

This property is ocean front but the beach in front of the hotel is full of big rocks so it’s not appropriate to swim unless you have a proper protection for your feet. When I went the property was full of Europeans, mostly couples relaxing around the pool and beach side bed. The hotel was clean and quiet a little away from the Main Street where has bars and restaurants but completely walkable. A good place if you want to relax not party.

Um pedaço do paraíso no paraíso

Hotel com pouco mais de 1 ano. quarto amplo, de frente para a piscina e de frente para o mar. Limpeza impecável. Café da manhã com muita variedade e café da tarde (cortesia) cai muito bem depois de um dia de passeio. Os passarinhos nos acompanham no café da tarde

A sensação que você tem ao se hospedar é que está dentro de uma obra inacabada. O conceito de rústico abusa da criatividade. É inadmissível o chão da entrada ser de areia, não tem calçamento, nem mesmo um piso que se pudesse considerar “ecológico”, há somente tocos de madeira enterrados com espaço enorme entre eles ainda assim somente na entrada da recepção e você carrega toda aquela areia nos pés para dentro de seu aposento, para cima de sua cama, um horror. Há areia em tudo, no elevador, na escada, no andar, carregada pelo pés dos hóspedes, dos funcionários, de quem circula por ali. As roupas de cama e banho são encardidas e a rusticidade do banheiro te faz crer que está em situação de favela, as paredes são sem revestimento, mal pintadas com limo nas juntas e chão, regras mínimas de segurança contra escorregões são ignoradas no banheiro. Precariedade em tudo, falta higiene e salubridade. As instalações não condizem com os preços cobrados e tampouco estão de acordo com a clientela que pretendem atrair. Ressalto apenas a gentileza dos funcionários e a existência do Beach Club na frente do prédio que amenizam o absurdo das instalações, entretanto, como é aberto ao público, não há motivos para se hospedar ali.

Pijama fugiu do hotel e ninguém viu

A hospedagem foi perfeita até o momento em que esqueci no apartamento meu pijama de viagem é simplesmente não localizaram algo que deixei debaixo do travesseiro aonde guardo após trocar de roupa. Insisti e a resposta foi a mesma, não localizamos. Me pergunto: quantas vezes um cliente precisa perguntar algo assim? A resposta deveria ser outra? Não localizamos, mas lamentamos pelo ocorrido, como podemos fazer para demover esse seu desconforto? Ainda brinquei, dizendo que não costumo sair de pijamas pela rua e se não estava na minha mala só poderia ter ficado lá. Não acho justo desqualificar o trabalho de toda equipe por algo que ocorre pontualmente, mas pela falta de cuidado com o cliente em uma próxima oportunidade escolherei outra hospedagem.
