"Fantastic stay with absolutely excellent staff and customer service! When the tour that I had booked failed to arrive, the concierge immediately arranged a new tour that mirrored the one that I had booked in the same day. Additionally, they upgraded my room for free when I expressed some concerns and then also arranged another tour to the Hunan Museum. Their customer service is impeccable and the hotel provided a wonderful experience that I highly recommend! Excellent and exceeded my expectations!
