"Really loved staying at this hotel. I arrived very early and asked if I could store my luggage. The staff agreed and told me that I could have a refreshment in their lounge area. I hung out in the lounge and in a short time, I was told that they would expedite a room for me. Within the hour my luggage had been sent to my room and I had been given a room. The staff continued to e extremely helpful in acclimating me to the area and informing about how to get around in Prague. I loved the “Old-World” charm of the hotel. I was traveling alone, but I think this would be a good hotel if you were traveling with a group because there were small common areas that could be used to hang out. This hotel was convenient to public transportation, the Prague Castle, restaurants and Petin Hill but was not near the downtown area. There was a safe, fridge and minibar in the room."

The rooms are rather small, and the bathroom is compact and highly functional but not especially well equipped. Overall, the hotel is clean, though the bathroom could have been cleaned more thoroughly, with some mold visible between the tiles. The breakfast area is busy and crowded, which is understandable for a hotel of more than 200 rooms, and there was no made-to-order station"
