"Place is in a sorry condition, as soon as you hit the stairs you notice a weird stench, the building is old, I can hear the neighbors every time they walk around or flush the toilet. Not sure what was happening during my stay but there were doors being slammed repeatedly all afternoon. However, the place is equipped to accommodate cyclists and their bikes in the form of a dedicated secure storage space. For the price I would have expected the room to be better equipped and the place to be better...

"Facilité d'accès à la chambre malgré une arrivée à une heure en dehors des créneaux d'accueil en journée. Accueil tres sympathique. Hotel simple mais confortable, bon petit déjeuner. Tres bien situé pour visiter Semur-en-Auxois. "

"We turned up at the hotel for a 3nights extended bank holidays weekend just to find out that the hotel was privatised and fully booked with nowhere to sleep in town or in the neighbouring villages !!! Owner refused to speak to Hotels.com since apparently he has only signed a contract with Expedia (but didn’t acknowledge it was the same company!) and refused to speak English... Hotels.com was not able to sort it out not find anywhere else and we had to drive back home 3hrs in the other direction...

"Propriété bien située pour faire un arrêt sur le canal. Il n’y a cependant rien à faire à proximité (1 seul restaurant mais fermé lors de notre passage) et rien à visiter en particulier. Le site du bord du canal est très reposant. Les chambres sont propres, sans confort particulier (pas d’air conditionné ni centralisateur). Fort heureusement, on a pu ventiler en ouvrant les fenêtres de la chambre et de la salle de bains. Nous avons diné au bord du canal, ce qui était très agréable. Le repas...
