Good hotel, not good location for Venice exploring
The good things: The room - comfortable enough The pool and the beach area The bad things: Very small bath cabin (in very big bathroom) There are no bathrobes. The breakfast - very poor. Too far from public transport to Venice - you have to drive.

Worst stay ever
Eventho we stayed just one night , theater stay was not nice . First night at the dinner we where sat in the very back of the restaurant by ourselves as black people while all the white people sat together. Our room was next to a public restroom which was smelling very bad . And the lady at reception (it was was specificall lady who spoke some English ) was super rude ! Customer service is not priority in this hotel ,they won’t listen to your needs or take care of it . They held on to our money for 5 days even after we paid when we checked out . It was a back and forth of calling them to finally on day 4 they decided to call their bank to release our money ! I would not trust them and pay cash when checking out to make sure they won’t charge your debit card 3 times . Which happened to us . And when I called to say my concerns I got told I’m keeping them from working . First time and last time I stayed there .

Good morning, First of all, we thank you for your review. It amazes us that our staff has not been courteous in your eyes, especially given the fact that it is the first time that there are complaints about the staff. As for the room instead we do not have rooms adjacent to restrooms, in fact, the bathrooms are located below the hall or outside the dependance near the pool. Flying over the metaphor of black people, unfortunately the allocation of tables is depending on availability, and we have no tables hidden from the others since the room is rectangular and overlooks the garden. The misunderstanding of the credit card has already been clarified with you and depended on your bank, as evidenced by the proof of purchase that we sent by email. Making a review is useful for future guests, so they should be honestly done. Yours sincerely

Good hotel with private beach
Bedroom And bathroom very clean. Air con nerds updating. Lovely pool And pool bar very close to the beach. Buffet breakfast excellent as was dinner although expensive. 84 euro including wine nut worth it. Wouldvdefinately reccomend this hotel

Amazing break
The rooms were spacious clean and very comfortable. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly especially Monika and the other girls on reception. Our luggage was lost in transit for two days and they bent over backwards to help us. Food was excellent and the pool area was spotless. Well worth a visit.

Lovely hotel with fabulous pool and beach access
Had a fabulous week at the hotel with our teenage sons. The hotel was in a quiet location with easy access to the main centre via the frequent bus services. Staff were friendly and welcoming. The rooms were comfortable with effective air conditioning which was a welcome respite from the heat. The pool area was fabulous and it was always possible to get a sun bed. Staff at the pool bar were really friendly and the service was great.

First experience at Gallia Hotel
We have experienced this hotel last week and the overall stay was good but wifi didn't work the whole week but it was guaranteed by the hotel as free of charge service which is included into the offer. Canteen is clean and cosy but with limited choice of meals during breakfast.

We are very sorry for any inconvenience, that our WiFi didn't work. After big storm our service provider wouldn't be able to fix a problem immediately. But we are also happy, that your stay was good and you enjoyed it.

Schönes Strandnahes Hotel, saubere Anlage! Ideal für Strandurlaub in Jesolo. Die Zimmer sind einfach ausgestattet und klein, dass Buffet könnte mehr Auswahl bieten. Da bieten vergleichbare 4 Häuser mehr.

En vecka i Jesolo pineta
Det kändes inte som alla fick samma behandling, vi fick trä bestick och italienare bredvid oss sista dagen fick fina bestick. Sängen var hård . Ingen korv eller bacon till frukost. Resten var bra. Bra med sängar vid poolen, i sanden på hotell området och på stranden. Det finns en liten park / trädgård också på området , svalare än vid sanden. Barn underhållning på förmiddagen, barnen såg väldigt glada ut. De pysslade med dem.

L'ambiente è un po' datato, al di sotto delle aspettative di un 4 stelle Superior. Quest'anno sono stati rifatti i pavimenti delle camere in legno, ma gli infissi sono ancora anni '70 con vetro semplice e i rumori dell'Hotel e delle altre strutture alberghiere vicine si sentono eccessivamente in camera. Le camere non hanno chiave elettronica. La cassaforte in camera è ancora a chiave e piccolissima. Il bagno in camera è stato rifatto ed è soddisfacente. La sala da pranzo è praticamente all'esterno sotto una tensostruttura. Quando fa molto caldo non è possibile la climatizzazione. La pulizia delle camere è effettuata con estrema lentezza dato lo scarso numero del personale. Alle 15.30 le addette alla pulizia sono ancora nei corridoi specie nei giorni di cambio. Piscina, bar piscina, parco e spiaggia privata sono all'altezza, anche se bisogna prendere il materassino per i lettini da soli, senza alcuna assistenza.

El hotel tiene muy buenas instalaciones. El parque con la sombra de las pinetas, la piscina, el sector privado para tomar sol y las sombrillas en la playa hacen que apesar de estar lleno el hotel, el huésped se sienta cómodo y con espacio. Ideal para disfrutar la estadía.

Die Unterkunft ist absolut überteuert und hat unsere Erwartungen in keinerlei Hinsicht erfüllt. Die Zimmer sind winzig und sehr sehr hellhörig// Ab 07:00uhr morgens beginnt das housekeeping immer wieder ab zu klopfen. Frühstück gibt es nur bis 10:00 Uhr und insgesamt ist für diesen teuren Preis im August eigentlich nix geboten ausser einer netten Sicht von Lobby in den Garten zum Meer // Am Meer gibt es für 150 Gäste gerade mal 18 Sonnenliegen .... Alles wird extra berechnet // es war hier und da eine große Enttäuschung.

Een geweldig hotel,het personeel is super aardig en het eten is helemaal top!! Het enige minpuntje is de douchecabine die is erg klein. De airco id oo erg goed.
