If you like prison cells...

booked a 4 person room for me and my wife a 2 kids. we got an extremely small room, in which a chair bed was stuffed into for the kids to sleep in. Never experienced such a small and lousy room ever. We informed the reception, but they could not help. No option to cook your own hot water for coffee and no room for luggage. location great with nice pool area. Overall - location in top, rooms absolutely terrible.

l’Hotel si trova in una posizione comoda per tutto. Il check-in era un po’ confuso per il semplice fatto che l’edificio non era come nella foto e la stanza era indicata in un altro hotel ( sempre collegato alla stessa società) comunque il soggiorno e i servizi nulla da dire.. in generale mi son trovato bene

Das ist nicht wirklich schön. Die Zimmer billig eingerichtet, nicht sauber und keine Rezeption. Die ist im Hotel Mini Heron, welches auf jeden Fall besser aussah. Frühstück haben wir von 3 Nächten nur einmal genutzt. Dann lieber vom Bäcker. Das Personal war nett im Mini Heron. Im Maxi gibts ja keins.

Rezeption, Frühstück und Parkplatz ist über die Straße in einen anderen Hotel. Frühstück lässt zu wünschen übrig, sehr wenig Auswahl, ab 8:30 Uhr waren jeden Tag die Semmel aus, als Ersatz gab es Toastbrot. Hier hätten wir uns einen Toaster gewünscht, war aber nicht vorhanden, Zimmer sind extrem klein u.s.w. Leider kann ich nichts positives über das Hotel schreiben.

Der Kühlschrank im Zimmer war sehr gut. Zimmer etwas veraltet eingerichtet, aber sauber und voll funktionstüchtig. Die Brötchen beim Frühstück haben geschmeckt wie vom Vortag und die Parkplatzsituation war sehr schlecht. Es waren nur sehr wenige Plätze vorhanden. Wir kriegten Gott sei Dank nach ca. 30 Minuten Parkplatzsuche zufällig einen Platz an der Rückwand des Hauses, aber wir wurden komplett eingeparkt, sodass das Personal umparken hätte müssen, hätten wir raus gewollt. Man musste den Autoschlüssel abgeben, damit das Personal bei Bedarf die Autos "umschlichten" konnte. Wohin sie einen dann gestellt haben, weiß ich nicht. Außer diesen beiden Punkten war das Hotel wirklich sehr gut. Nettes Personal.
