Except for the check in everything was good. No reception after 10pm You have to call for someone to be there, They were supposed to call you back but did not. When someone finally shows up (a very sweet and gorgeous Italian lady) everything was great. Best location, best view,

要小心安全 好處—位置極佳在市中心、交通購物飲食也方便，靜中帶旺，樓下便有小超市，高樓層、地標大廈好易找，景觀好、房間大，床舒服，接待處職員英文佳，能提早入住，價錢平 壞處—類以airbnb形式，酒店只是托管和提供有限度服務、房門是密碼鎖不安全，陌生人可隨意進入(有一天中午我在房中有陌生人自行按密碼開門說是受業主委托要入房影相，當然被我阻止，但已想像安全度是零)，冬天房內無暖氣，廚房設備陳舊，入住6日預左無room service，淋浴空間細，有些燈壞，wifi時得時唔得，相鄰房間不隔聲，位處綜合大樓，只有部份樓層是酒店，完全無設施，需另收清潔費可付信用卡，前台服務8:00-20:00

I had a good stay at this accommodation. Overall the place was good. There were a few not so good things. Such as, although the place was smoke free, it smelt like smoke. Additionally, the bathroom was not so clean and outdated (the handle was also falling off. However, I still enjoyed my stay.

The location is good but the room is very oddly designed. There was no closet and in the bathroom not even a shelf for our toiletries. This made is very difficult to maintain order in a small place. There was no check in staff and the entire experience was odd. We were looking for accommodation as a married couple to visit historic and religious sites but feared the property was being used for prostitution as we heard very suspicious sounds in the night. I wonder if the lack of practical design is due to the fact that these properties are more for "hourly" than overnight stays?

No towels in the room on arrival Rooms nothing like the pictures or description Extra bed bit made up TV didn’t work properly Wifi hopeless Does not supply fresh towels but no facilities to wash them Bathroom is part of the bedroom has glass wall and a blind which came down 2/3 of the height of the wall which made it difficult with privacy when sharing a room No cupboard space only a hanging rail Iron supplied when requested but had burnt on black substance which damage a shirt and when I complained I was told I should have checked it out before I used it and the ironing board supplied had a cover on it but no padding And for the money charged it was a ripoff Also the area in still in the process of renovations And I feel a refund would not be unreasonable to ask for

A new experience-Apartment vs Hotel

My room on the 19th floor-Excellent location & view, quiet, safe,comfortable. WiFi inconsistent! Once shown how to use door safety lock combination, it worked. Had to learn to use 2 remote control To operate TV. . Easy walking to many sites, markets, restaurants & Light Rail Train. Excellent support from staff when asked for what was lacking-more towels (given 2 towels per bed for the week, needed to pay if wanted more, no automatic replacement of clean towels or bed linen),safety floor pad for the washroom, t-towel for kitchen, bar of soap. As an apartment needed more basic provisions. Appreciated little fridge,microwave & plug in kettle-instant coffee & tea, utensils, dishes & pots-but no stove-only upon request. Managed without. No table/chair for eating. In far corner of room, small counter & high chair, which I thought was computer area with no light fixture or electrical outlet. Comfy couch, shelves & hangers. Upon arrival ILS155.0 was requested for cleaning-this was confusing. My room upon arrival could have been cleaner-floors sweep, surfaces cleaned. I needed to request and pay for cleaning services during my week stay. Which I did not. When needed swept the floor with the little broom provided under the sink. Had to get rid of my garbage myself by bringing it up to the office on the 21st floor. The few glitches need to be worked out for a possible 10/10. Nevertheless would recommend the apartment, knowing it is not a hotel. Good luck!

Stay was ok. Would have been helpful at check in to let you know that housekeeping is a extra charge. Just had two towels for my whole stay. No instructions as well for checking out had to call a number where I was told just to leave the key in the room. Great thing is the hotel is inna great area just a twenty minute walk to old city one way and to the central business station the other way. Would stay elsewhere if I ever go back to Jerudalem as the price you pay is not worth the lack of service.

We had to wash the floor when we came, it was dirty/sticky. A neighbor had to help us get the code to the door. Some of the lights did not work. The socket for the water boiler did not work. The microwave did not work. We gave message about the problems to the reception, but heard nothing back.

The hotel itself was, pretty nice the problem was A. The Ac didn't work and when we asked the recipients.. They said that it's winter.. But it was hot B. Check in was at 3pm and we arrived at 4pm and we had to wait 5 min for them to finish cleaning the room C. We didn't have toilet paper in the bathroom.. We could've asked bt I still think that they should have it regardless
