You agree to adhere to our house rules when booking this home. Please read through them carefully.

There is a city noise ordinance that prohibits loud noises after 10pm. The property is in a quiet residential area with long-time residents including families with kids who are sensitive to noise. Violation of this ordinance will be reported to Airbnb and will result in calling the authorities and sending our local security team to the unit to vacate all guests from the premises immediately with no refund.

▸ Checkout time is 11am
▸ Check-in time is 3 pm
▸ Outdoor quiet hours from 10pm-7am.
▸ No events, large gatherings, or loud music. Filming and Photoshoots are prohibited without Host's permission. There is a minimum fine of $500.
▸ No gathering, hanging, or lingering outside in front of or around the house.
▸ No smoking of ANY KIND is permitted in the unit. There is a cleaning fee of
$500 to scrub walls, clean carpets, and treat air if any smoke is detected.
▸ No extra/overnight guests (we reserve the right to cancel your reservation if there are more guests than stated in your reservation).
▸ No pets
