Our stay here was great! We had an amazing view of the skyline from the dining room windows, the house had enough room for our family to stay comfortably. The house is also very close to the transit station so getting to NYC was very doable!

NYC at Christmas is fabulous and the apt made it even better. Very spacious for a girls trip and easy access to the train system to get in the city quickly. Suzy was absolutely amazing in making sure we had everything we needed. Went above and beyond and provided my daughter with a wedge pillow due to her unexpected injury prior to our trip. The house had everything we needed and more. Thanks for a wonderful time! We hope to be back.

Family Weekend Stay

The host, Suzy, was in contact with us from check-in to check-out with great suggestions, help with transportation to the city, food and more. The place was walking distance to the train. The place was clean and cozy and had everything that we needed. The store across the street was perfect for our morning bagels and breakfast sandwiches before heading into the city. This property looks like photos and is clean and has all the things you need. The location was easy for the holland tunnel. I would not recommend a car. While it does have street parking most days we’re very difficult to find a spot. It would be nice if the balcony was available for guests to use. The host was quick and responsive to all our needs and questions.

The Perfect Stay Close To Everything!

This place was the perfect stay for my family and I. Not only was it spacious but fully equipped and with the best views of the city/skylines! The location could not be beat, we were able to drive within minutes to all central areas of Jersey and NYC. The host, Suzy, was super responsive to any questions we may have had and was easily the best host we've ever had! This is now my go-to place to stay when in NYC/Jersey!

Great place, 20-25 minutes to NYC

This place was great! It was clean and spacious for our whole family! 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, and a full kitchen. Great view of the city skyline and Statue of Liberty from the balcony! The only thing keeping it from being a perfect 5-star was the parking situation. There was no dedicated parking, just street parking. We had to drive around the neighborhood for nearly 30 minutes every day to find a spot and when we did we were always several blocks away. On top of that, each street had designated no parking time slots, like 8am-10am on Tuesdays and Fridays, which was inconvenient. Other than the parking, the place was wonderful! Host was super helpful and responsive and gave great information about the best ways to get into the city

Can’t beat the easy commute to the city!

This property had gorgeous views of the skyline of the city. It has everything needed to make our family stay very comfortable. Just a short 5 minute walk to the light train and you can be into the city in no time. We loved using the pool table and kitchen. The bathrooms were wonderful and spacious. One thing that I would caution some people of, is the neighborhood can get noisy at times, but if you are going into a city space, it is almost impossible to avoid. Sometimes there was broken glass around the sidewalk, so we had to be cautious with kids. The property is a shared space with a separate entrance but most nights we could smell what the neighbors were cooking- it smelled delicious- but it was each night. When we arrived I did end up using the sweeper on the floors, but everything else was clean. The beds were very comfortable and the t.v. in the living room was HUGE. The property manager was always able to answer all of our questions and was very helpful. I would stay there again.

Great place to stay for a weekend!

My friends and I were in town this weekend for a concert at MetLife, and this apartment was a great place to stay. It was spacious, well kept, and everything matched the listing exactly. The beds were very comfortable and the rooms were a good size. The kitchen had everything we needed. The two bathrooms came in very handy for our group of 5 all trying to get ready for a show, and both were great size with good lighting and an awesome setup. The only thing we wished the apartment had was a full length mirror (for getting ready purposes). As others have said, the neighborhood was a little bit messy (trash etc). Parking was tough when we arrived on Saturday, but as cars started to move we were able to walk back to where we had parked and easily move to spots closer to the house. But those things are definitely not the host’s fault and would not deter us from staying here again. The view of the NY skyline and especially the Statue of Liberty was beautiful. We hope we did things right for check out…the instructions on the table said to turn off the lights before leaving, and the host messaged us this morning asking us to take out the trash which was easy to do. We would have been happy to do additional things to help with the cleaning process (i.e., strip beds, etc.) but the fact that we didn’t have to made our morning and the checkout process even easier for us! Thanks for a great weekend stay!

Spacious condo with pool table, very close to light rail train with nice view of NYC and Statue

First, Suzy the host was fantastic! Always answering super quick to any question or request we had! The condo was as pictured in the ad. It seemed freshly renovated with its two small but very clean and nice bathrooms. There was even a sauna, which was useful to warm up when we got back from a cold night!The living room was really nice and comfy!!The beds were comfortable, the kids bedroom was the most spacious with its 2 bunk beds and plenty of space. The master bedroom was also spacious with a big wardrobe and chest drawer.The view was nice at night with the NY skyline and the statue of Liberty not so far, it was an extra bonus!The light rail train was a 5 min walk and it took about 45 min to get to the World Trade Center station on Manhattan island, and from there, we were able to take the subway to go visit Rockefeller Center, Times Square and all the main attractions. Pool table (hidden as the table) and dart game made it more fun, for kids and adults!The kitchen was well equipped and Suzy had left out chocolates, a coloring book and a gift bag full of goodies. I would recommend this place. Just be prepared to spend time in the public transit if your goal is to visit NYC as it can take up a few hours of your day, unless you want to use a Uber.

Spacious place with unforgettable view

My family of 4 adults and 4 teenagers had a wonderful stay in this newly renovated place. It is spacious and confortable. We walked to the supermarket 5 minutes away. We enjoyed our family breakfasts and dinners on the large table. The view of the skyline is incredible at sunset or sunrise or anytime during the day. It's NYC spirit! Not to mention Suzy is a very communicative and helpful host.
