Historic 1869 Brownstone apartment 15 min to NYC downtown

  • Located in a historic brownstone and premier street in Paulus Hook - Prime Location! Picture Perfect 1 bedroom/1 bath condo offering gleaming wood floors, pristine kitchen, newly renovated bathroom and large outdoor deck. The bdrm is spacious w/ its own prvte lrge balcony. Nearby all major transportation - ferry to NYC, light rail, bus and PATH - and downtown Jersey City shopping and restaurants. We just started with short term rentals and adjusting as we host more guests. A TV needs to be added soon. Laundry in unit and plenty of storage. New tankless hot water heater and hydronic heating system good for those with allergies.
