"This was a wonderful experience. The host family was charming, considerate, and very accommodating. The pictured stairway is the entrance to the host's single family home. The host family lives upstairs over the one bedroom, one bathroom, work from home (wfh) studio apartment, which is on the ground floor. Everything was clean. "Beautiful and peaceful surroundings. The hotel is nice but dated and could definately benefit from a "refresh". Don't know if it was just because it was early in the season when I stayed ((mid May) but not much maintenance seemed to be happening (towels at the pool not restocked, pool bar not open for business, lots of cobwebs, etc...) The pool was nice on Saturday but by Sunday did not look like it had been cleaned at all. And the hot tub... ugh! I'm hoping it was just stained and not really as dirty as it appeared. Don't get me wrong, I enjoyed my long weekend at the resort but I do feel it was a bit too pricey for the level of maintenance and services available."

"The pictures were very deceitful. I would not book a hotel like that ever but like I said the photos online were deceitful. I asked for an electric Iron to iron my clothes three times and the staff gave me one excuse after another until I left for my event. I did not receive a call and I did not get to use the iron. They removed all the irons in the room, you can still see the hangers there but no iron. I asked for my room to be cleaned after my second day and no one showed up and it was never cleaned. Overall, I think it has to do with the management. They are Indians and all the staff are Indians as well and the customer service was just terrible."

"Hotel is in need of quality updates. Much of the "repairs" looked like a budget handyman did them, not a hotel. There were stains on the carpet, bed sheets, and shower. The elevator took FOREVER. The worst though, was our final night our whole floor smelled strong like weed & was very smoky. We have several in our party with health conditions (my mother just had heart surgery and my daughter is asthmatic), so we notified the staff of the smoke. They said they couldn't do anything about it, that it was just part of the "weekend fun" in Conyers. They suggested we could call the police if we wanted but they assured us they wouldn't show up either. Very disappointing!"
