I checked in in the evening, the code to my door didnt work. Messaged the chat attendant, apparently it was a known issue for my room. Had to go down to get a manual key out of a lockbox, the lockbox was hard to open an cracked my nail - so that was painful.
Get to my room, notice there is black mould on the light fixture, reach out. Someone comes it to just wipe it clean. Curtains has food stains. Honestly if you dont care about cleaning- its fine. There's also a park outside the hotel that has some cardboard homes if that makes you uncomfortable
