Nice location but overpriced for the quality

Hotel located in front of the beach but disappointing for the price you pay. Shower smells to toilet all day, bed linen were not very clean, swimming pool water was not clear and there was not space around to enjoy the pool. Hotel management not helpful to accommodate late check out. They have very nice gardens!

Basic hotel in amazing location

Amazing location, which is the main benefit of the hotel. Staff are friendly and helpful, but the hotel is very basic, with sparse rooms and limited breakfast options. Don't expect home comforts. It's a basic hotel in a fab location

Good base to explore Jericoacoara

Good location to use as a base for exploring Jericoacoara. Pleasant gardens and the building work going on during our stay I’m sure will improve the ‘tired’ accommodation in the future. The rooms are clean and basic - no hanging space though. Nice to have terrace with hammock.

This pousada (Bed & Breakfast) has a great location right in front of the beach. I went with my parents that are 77/80 years old and the location was very convenient. What is truly unique about Capitao Thomaz is their crew, this guys are very friendly. The folks in the front office that I had the chance to meet were amazing helpful: Ailo, Elaene, Fabio, Gleison, Irlan, Jean, Oélito. They made our family to feel very welcome.

Ótima pousada, bem a beira mar. Café da manhã mto bom, quartos confortáveis e limpos e funcionários muito atenciosos e educados. Tivemos um problema com mal cheiro no quarto porque o vaso sanitário estava desencaixado, mas avisei na recepção e foi resolvido no mesmo dia. Única crítica seria ao cardápio do restaurante, acho que podia ter mais opções e mais pratos para uma pessoa.

Quero pontuar sobre os funcionários João Batista e Lizia Jennifer que desempenharam de maneira ultra profissional e eficiente uma troca de quartos. Tenho rinite alérgica e não consigo dormir com ar condicionado. Esses dedicados funcionários conseguiram um quarto que permitia o sono de qualidade sem o uso do referido aparelho propiciando assim uma estadia saudável e prazeiroza. Recomendo a Pousada Capitão Thomaz para quem exige limpeza, ótima localização e serviços de primeiro mundo.

Servicio malo

Primero una de las habitaciones era con cama de casal, y había puesto en la reserva que quería 2 camas. Han alegado que no les llegó la petición. Segundo, el agua de una de las habitaciones, solo era fría, no había agua caliente. Solucionado en el segundo día pero con una chapuza de arreglo en el la ducha eléctrica. Tercero, en la primera noche no conseguimos tener wi-fi en ninguno de los 8 dispositivos que teníamos. Siempre en las reclamaciones nos dieron excusas y hablar con el gerente, fue misión imposible.

Falhou internet na TV em todos os 5 dias em que estivemos. No nosso quarto estava um mal cheiro de esgoto muito forte. Sabemos que não é de limpeza e sim de instalação, mas mesmo assim poderiam nos ter dado alguma informação sobre o mal cheiro.
