Would stay again. All inclusive hotel. You really don’t have to leave for anything. The village nightlife is fun. On the beach, great included breakfast. Good restaurant & pools.

Needs a lot of work , paint is chipping out wood is rotten, paul’s need to be painted a lot of details around the property, cables hanging behind the TV TV with fingerprints and oil marks all over. Send inside of the rooms on the floor mirrors with more watermarks

Impossible to get to, never informed that you can’t park at hotel, you have to leave your car 1/2 mile away. Pay to enter town, Pay to be driven to town.receptionist slow as a tortoise, dirty jacuzzi, first hotel in Brazil to mess up breakfast. Only bright spot was the barman, a true pro

Bad experience!

I showed up to the hotel and the property was not like the description on the website, nor were the photos the same. I reseved a deluxe ocean view. When I got to the room the door didn't work. It took 30 minutes to open the door. When I went inside the room, i was vey surprised. It was small, very plain, old and dirty. It looked nothing like the website photos. In fact, I believe the photos were of their sister property which is a condo. There was also a huge puddle of water on the floor. We decided not to stay at the hotel and made a reservation at another property. When I asked for them to cancel the reservation and return my money the hotel mamager refused. He said he had no authority to reverse the charge and there was no one there I could speak to. Which I beleive was not true. I would not recommend staying here as there are much nicer Pousadas in Jeri for the same or less then the Blue Hotel.

Já me hospedei neste hotel três vezes. Nas duas primeiras, tive boas experiências. Infelizmente, nesta terceira estadia, a sensação foi de que o hotel parou no tempo. A estrutura aparenta falta de manutenção e cuidado, o que impacta diretamente na experiência. O atendimento da recepção foi especialmente decepcionante, muito abaixo do padrão esperado. Em contraste, a equipe do café da manhã foi atenciosa e cordial, o que merece reconhecimento. Torço para que o hotel invista em melhorias, porque o potencial existe, mas hoje a experiência não corresponde mais às expectativas criadas pelas visitas anteriores.

Localização perfeita na praia da Vila, com pé na areia, espreguiçadeiras exclusivas, mesas e restaurante e bar na praia. Hotel limpo, camas confortáveis, chuveiro excelente, opções de piscinas e estrutura de praia de maneira exclusiva e privada. O melhor foi o atendimento.
