The floor plan worked well for our needs - car park and checkin was awesome - but there were some things which could’ve been better. Information about local facilities and things to do would’ve been appreciated. Also, maybe some security advice. The place also could have benefited from more soft furnishings to dampen the echo which was very hard to deal with. The TV was awful - too small and terrible sound. Staff wasn’t overly helpful, one of the worse apartments I ever stayed at! Reception hours stated that it closes at 5pm yet when I rang I was told 4pm shut and had to check in online and wasn’t helpful. It was as hard as a rock , perhaps reception could have mattress toppers on hand should you need it which would have made all the difference from a good stay to a great stay .
