"Steigenberger Esplanade is exceptional. The room was perfect, breakfast superior, and the hostess at breakfast was delightful. Everybody was friendly and helpful and welcoming. The hotel itself couldn't be in a better location. It's within walking distance to the town square all the local restaurants and pubs, and some great shopping! When I said something to the desk clerk, she offered a lame excuse - she said that some laptops just don't connect very well, but phones do connect well. That was wrong, neither device would connect.
