Firstly, the system was down upon check-in, and the staff member was not attentive to the order in which guests checked in. Several groups arrived after me and she checked in a group that had arrived after me before she checked me in. Additionally, there was ongoing construction, and a notice on the door indicated that the breakfast area would be closed for the weekend but reopen on Monday. However, the breakfast area was not open, and we only received bread and some overripe bananas. This was not the hot breakfast we had been promised. No compensation was provided. It felt like a false advertisement. We specifically booked this hotel for the breakfast. I even called three weeks in advance to confirm the breakfast options and was informed of them. This hotel has a higher price point compared to other hotels in the area. Despite these issues, the hotel was otherwise safe and comfortable. "
