The room type that was booked and what was actually available was not a match. They could not accommodate the requested room, however they did give us free breakfast and did an excellent job in communicating what was most likely the issue. They did their best in finding a way to reimburse me for the room that was paid for

It was a very nice for a place to stay for a night or two. Convenient with walkable restaurants and stores (next to a mall) But I must say, I ate in the hotel restaurant because I was tired after a long day and it was really good! One of the best Cesar salads I've ever had and the salmon was super tasty. Starbucks coffee in the morning in the lobby. Only complaint is no free breakfast. If you want breakfast you have to sit down and order it in the restaurant
