"The thermostat in the room was messed up. Was set to 85 and heat when I arrived. Turned it to AC and 65. Woke up in the middle of the night sweating and heat was back on at 75. Rooms are dated and not very nice."

"Breakfast was good and for this to be an outdated hotel it was very clean. My issue was checkin. I waited 20 minutes because the gentleman wasn’t at the front desk for what he claimed was an emergency. Ok.. no problem there. The issue comes from no sign being up or anything that he stepped away. When he came back there was no apology just combativeness about why he was gone. Other than encountering the lack of customer service, the hotel wasn’t bad. "

"Everything was in excellent condition at this hotel. Parking garage access is simple, and the location is within walking distance of the convention center and arena. The staff were very friendly, greeting and checking on guests at breakfast and cleaning tables quickly. Little touches like the free soda fountain add to the experience."

"The hotel was OK. It’s definitely outdated and has had some cheap renovations. Even something as simple as painting around the door wasn’t done with care. The elevator was broken, which we were not told when given directions upon check in to the 3rd floor. We did not use the gym, pool, breakfast or airport shuttle. The bed was very comfortable. Shower water was nice and hot. Air conditioning worked great. House keeping did not come. When calling for towels we had to go to the desk to get them ourselves. The toilet paper roll was not new upon arrival. The TV randomly stopped working. The bathroom vanity was a little dirty. But all and all not bad. Bring Clorox wipes and low expectations and you’ll be okay."

"Had a good day requested a remote at night for tv as I had my kid with me and there was no remote in the room waited up on a remote for no one to ever show. Told staff in the morning at checkout that no one ever showed they offered me a free coffee might seem little but was kind of frustrating. "

"Everything was great at the hotel,they had a restaurant,it was not open at the time we were there,but they had one.Staff was nice and knowledgeable,quick checkin.Only complaint was it was chilly in the room and when trying to turn the heat on all we got was cold air."
