"We would have loved to seen/received the VIP amenities promised but we didn't get any of the,. We arrived at the hotel early and were told there was no upgraded rooms and no such VIP amenities. The hotel was fantastic though and we enjoyed every min of being there. We will come again. Just rather we didn't have the VIP carrot dangled in front of us by Expedia - not the hotel."

"The “all inclusive” option on hotels.com turned out to be the Premium All Inclusive plan which is good value for an all inclusive because the food and drinks you get is the same as other people who are paying for it. A bit limited in the restaurant options that’s actually all inclusive but it’s not bad if you go to all of them (some are a bit far, eg. you need to book a shuttle to get to). The all inclusive tiering is really complicated but if you get the premium it’s pretty good, you can go...
