The first bedroom on the upper floor features a double bed and includes a baby crib, while the second bedroom on the top floor has 2 single beds. An additional sofa bed on the landing can accommodate 2 more guests. You will find a fully equipped kitchen, WiFi, television with video on demand, washing machine, and self check-in for your convenience.



Step outside to enjoy your private 40 sqm courtyard featuring a garden table, benches, parasol, lounge chairs, and a private grill. The property offers beautiful mountain views and includes board games, books, puzzles, petanque balls with an adjacent playing area, and mölkky for entertainment. You can store bicycles or motorcycles in the barn.



Parking is available in the street. Please note that events are not allowed on the property. The television does not have an antenna, but a video player and video collection are provided for your entertainment.



This fully renovated former farmhouse completed in early 2019 using eco-friendly materials is ideally positioned near the Livradois-Forez Regional Natural Park and Haut-Allier area. The location offers easy access to Langeac at 15 minutes by car, Le Puy-en-Velay at 30 minutes, La Chaise-Dieu at 30 minutes, and Brioude at 30 minutes. Bath towels are not provided, and bed linen rental is available for an extra fee.
