Très beau séjour passé à javéa

Un magnifique séjour passé dans cette très belle villa! La maison ( bien située) est très agréable et contient tout le nécessaire pour les vacances! Nous avons été accueillis chaleureusement, la voisine qui s'occupe de la villa est très disponible. Si nous le pouvons nous y retournerons avec grand plaisir!!!

Charmante propriété avec piscine, au calme, avec vue mer sur les hauteurs de Javea.

Propriété de charme au calme pour un séjour farniente à proximité de Javea. 3 chambres. Cuisine très bien équipée. Plusieurs coins repas. Une belle piscine. Très agréable !!

superbes vacances

mes filles (13 et 16 ans) et moi avons beaucoup aimé notre séjour dans cette villa. C'est très calme, tout près de la mer (10 minutes en voiture) et près des épiceries (environ 5 minutes en voiture). La plage est tout de sable et nous y avons loué des chaises à chaque jour. La villa est très bien équipée. C'est grand et on peut très bien y loger 6 personnes. Il y a de nombreux restaurants dans les environs. Je recommande cette villa sans réserve. Dany

Superbe semaine de vacances!

Magnifique semaine de vacances dans cette villa située à Xabia. La résidence est spacieuse, propre et très bien située. L'accueil sur place était rapide, courtois et efficace. Nous avons grandement apprécié notre séjour!

Very nice place to spend holidays

We spent a good time in and especially around the house. There are several places to stay, relax, eat outside the house. We especially enjoyed the pool. Very well equipped kitchen, lots of bathing towels to use, no carpets in the house. Nice view to the sea which you reach in a few minutes by car, even by bike is ok.

Fantastic house with wonderful facilities

We spent a wonderful week here, the house is beautiful. Rooms are spacious, cool and clean. The house has loads of seating areas, for eating and relaxing inside and out. Well stocked with iPod dock and lovely quality furnishings and fittings. The pool and pool furniture is excellent and there are loads of fresh clean pool towels available. For couples this is the best place I could recommend, within walking distance of the Arenal but in a lovely rural quiet area. We will definitely be back. Thanks to Carmen and Mathieu for being wonderful hosts and extremely helpful and communicative throughout the booking process.

Coup de coeur pour la CasaMateo ,!

Nous venons de passer deux semaines fantastique dans cette villa. Elle a dépassé nos attentes. Cette maison est située sur les hauteurs de Javéa, avec vue sur la mer et le Cap San-Antoni. Elle est spacieuse, bien équipée, très bien entretenue, paisible. Nous avons été bien accueillis par la voisine qui nous a bien renseigné sur les alentours. Nous venons du Québec, et nous recommandons cette villa à tous nos amis. Nous sommes restés deux semaines et c'est avec regret que nous avons dû repartir vers notre automne québécois. Les propriétaires sont aussi très charmants. Merci Carmen et Mathieu, et bon séjour à tous. Pour rester là, une voiture est nécessaire.

Unas vacaciones súper agradables

Todo fue de maravilla. En cuanto llegamos nos dieron las llaves y nos explicaron toda la casa. La vivienda esta muy bien equipada, ideal para relajarse y pasar unas fantásticas vacaciones. Uno de los baños dejó de funcionar, en seguida vinieron a intentar arreglarlo aunque no se pudo arreglar. Había otro servicio en la misma planta asique nos la pudimos arreglar.

Tres belle villa a Javea

Nous avons passé 2 semaines cet été au sein de cette villa et nous ne voulions plus en repartir! La maison est spacieuse et cela est tres pratique d'avoir un petit studio séparé (chambre+salle de douche) si vous recevez des amis comme c'était notre cas;nous etions parfaitement indépendants. La maison est tres bien equipée;il ne manque absolument rien. La maison est située sur les hauteurs un peu en retrait du centre ville si bien qu'elle jouit d'une tres jolie vue sur la baie; en revanche il n'y a aucun commerce accessible a pied tout comme on ne peut pas se rendre a la plage a pied donc la voiture est absolument necessaire. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour et espérons revenir l'année prochaine. Amicalement

nous avons trouvé facilement l'endroit, la location etait propre,et très bien entretenue, nous avons reçu de bons conseils, oui, les restaurants du port,et du bord de mer, nous avons même dégusté un repas de chasse,très apprécié,vu la saison ( octobre ) c/o L'Autrichien

Villa très agréable

Nous avons passé deux semaines très agréable dans cette villa sur les hauteurs de Javéa. La maison est très bien équipée et fonctionnelle. A signaler néanmoins que la chambre en rez de jardin ne communique avec la maison principale que par l'extérieure. Petit bémol, la piscine est visible de la rue qui n'est, heureusement, que très peu passante : les propriétaires nous ont assurés que cette anomalie sera corrigée pour la prochaine saison (cloture opaque). Les plus de cette location : des propriétaires charmants et très disponibles, le WIFI inclus, l'arrivée et le départ le dimanche (une excellente idée !!), le linge de maison et le ménage inclus.

très belle prestation

Très agréable villa propre et très bien équipée dans un quartier calme, en hauteur permettant d'avoir une belle vue sur la jolie baie de Javea de la terrasse. La piscine est très bien exposée et très agréable avec transats et salon de jardin abrité. La jolie véranda permet de prendre tous les repas avec une température agréable grâce à toutes les baies ouvrantes et une belle vue. Le mobilier est en très bon état, la literie est impeccable et l'électroménager neuf et moderne. A noter, une chambre plus salle de bain/WC au rez de chaussée face à à la piscine permettant d'avoir un couple avec entrée indépendante. L'accueil est assuré sur place par une voisine très sympathique parlant anglais. Vous trouverez dans la cuisine des placards bien garnis à votre disposition permettant un dépannage fort utile lors de votre arrivée. Le wifi est appréciable pour garder un lien avec vos proches et organiser vos excursions. Javea est une petite ville agréable, qui a su garder son charme typique espagnol même en pleine saison touristique. Nous y retournerons avec grand plaisir dès que possible.

Nous avons passé un magnifique séjour dans cette charmante villa. Après une semaine passée au calme, dans un cadre bucolique, nous avons eu un petit pincement en quittant les lieux. Parfaitement équipée, nous n'avons manqué de rien. A recommander sans hésitation !
