  • Treetopia is a beautifully and thoughtfully updated Treetopper inside the gated, private and upscale community of Big Canoe. Treetopia is nestled on a hillside overlooking beautiful Lake Petit and McElroy Mountain.

    Once inside, you’ll quickly find that Treetopia is no ordinary cabin. The open floor-plan showcases the truly unique architecture of the Treetopper. Treetopia features beautiful hardwood floors, a king size bed, a remote controlled gas fireplace, a smart tv, free wifi, a fully equipped kitchen, and an exquisite bathroom that features heated tile floors, a walk-in shower with a rain head and multiple body sprays.

    All of the art and photographs showcased inside Treetopia are exclusively from artists and photographers that reside right here inside Big Canoe!

    Open the French doors to see the beautiful mountain and lake view! The sprawling, two-story deck offers three sitting areas. Two are located on the upper deck-along with a gas grill and a food-prep area. One is located on the bottom deck-close to the private hot tub.

    Approximately one hour north of Atlanta, Big Canoe is also a wildlife preserve. Wildlife sightings are a very common occurrence here and you may be fortunate enough to witness one (or more!) during your stay!

    Big Canoe is a gated and private, 8,000 acre, resort-style community that offers many amenities. (extra fees may apply and be paid at the venue site)

Cute cabin with unique extras

We loved the extras in the cabin! Heated floors in the bath area, the bidet and the hidden outlet within the bar area. The propeller chandelier was a very cool and unique touch.

Wonderful stay!!

My wife and I needed a comfortable place to get away for a couple of nights and this place did not disappoint. Very nicely decorated! They really know how to decorate! Even though there are neighbors on either side, they managed to make it still feel private. Heated floors are a really nice touch! The shower is amazing. The floor of the shower is very grippy, no chance of slipping.

Meticulous attention to detail. Should be a teaching tool for all STR Hosts! I never use the hot tub at a rental, but this one was so clean and easy to operate- I couldn’t resist a whirl under the stars. And don’t get me started on the bidet and heated floors (and seat) in the bathroom area. We had a tiny problem with the WiFi and Stephanie responded with the solution in no time. Book Treetopia and try to find something lacking- you’ll be unable to!

Treetopia: a Beautiful Escape

The treehouse was exactly as pictured on the VRBO listing, and we enjoyed every single thing about our stay there. The porch views were beautiful as we enjoyed watching the sun rise in the morning and sipping drinks in the afternoons as we watched the sun set. Everything inside was spotless, and there were so many thoughtful touches everywhere we looked. Stephanie was amazing as a host. She was extremely responsive and friendly. Big Canoe itself was beautiful, as well. We will be back!

Perfect Reset

I recently stayed at this cabin, and all I can say is—WOW! The place was absolutely immaculate from top to bottom. It was the perfect quiet escape I needed, with beautiful scenery all around that made it feel like a true getaway. But let's be honest, the real star of the show was the bed! I’m not sure what kind of magical clouds they stuffed it with, but I’ve never slept so well in my life. I actually considered skipping the rest of my trip just to stay curled up in that thing! The Property Manager was equally amazing—super sweet and always quick to answer any questions I had. Kudos to her for making sure everything was perfect for my stay. If you’re looking for a peaceful, spotless cabin with top-notch comfort, this is the place for you!
