Get ready to relax in your home away from home in Jasper, TX. This brand new, custom built farmhouse style home will greet you with a welcoming and comfortable porch overlooking a stocked pond. The home features an open concept main floor with a statement floor to ceiling 26’ stone fireplace, an extra large living room, fully stocked kitchen with a large island, and conveniently positioned powder room.

Off the living room is the master bedroom and bathroom. The master bedroom gives vintages farmhouse vibes with 1 king bed, while the bathroom lends to a glamorous feel of crisp blacks and whites, separate his and hers vanities and a spacious shower with soaker tub.

Guest will love the area upstairs, where they’ll have a spacious loft including 2 lounging areas and an activity area with games galore. There are also 2 identical bedrooms both featuring a full sized bed and a twin-over-full bunk set. The upstairs bathroom has a shower and bathtub combo with separate toilet room, and a double sink vanity.

There’s a large, fully air conditioned 2 bay garage with a full bathroom. This flexible space can be used as storage for boats or other outdoor toys and can easily be used as overflow sleeping spaces. There are also full RV hook ups available (30 or 50 amp, and septic)

Home amenities also include full laundry access, central heat and AC, gas cooking appliances, gas fireplace, 85” tv in the living room, with 4 additional TVs in the loft and bedrooms. Bed linens and towels are provided for occupants.
