Logique de preparation des repas plus que minimaliste...ainsi que la douche....filet d eau...abord du gite peu entretenus clntact avec la conciergerie tardif le gite est plutôt agreable mais il anque quelques renovarions necessaire espace douche espace cuisine....et bien sur un sysrteme wifi le televiseur etant sur une antene classique gros defaut dereception...meme si les vacances doivent permettre la deconexion un minimum semble de nos jours indispensable..... cordialement....

Alors nous sommes mitigés, ce chalet est charmant il a du caractère et la vue est splendide par contre on dirait plus un refuge qu'un chalet, 6 dedans pour moi c'est pas possible par contre 4 c'est tout juste, c'est très petit le plafond est très bas, certains équipements seraient à changer à mon avis comme le mitigeur à côté des toilettes ainsi que le pommeau de douche qui ne tient pas, les armoires de rangement il y en a pas mal mais le hic c'est qu'elles sont quasi toutes pleines ou pas accessibles car fermées mais rien de méchant au final on se débrouille. Par contre gros point négatif là literie, certain matelas on des tâches et les oreillers sont jaunâtres de sueur certainement, la literie étant le plus important quand on loue il me semble que cela devrait être contrôlé.Pas d'état des lieux d'entrée donc non plus à la sortie c'est certainement ce qui fait que cela se delabre un peut au fur et à mesure et c'est au petit bonheur la chance, si on a eu un bon locataire avant nous on trouve un endroit nikel mais l'inversse je vous laisse imaginer....Conclusion , c'est un endroit plus fait pour une halte de quelques jours genre randonneurs que des vacances familiales. Bref c'est mignon mais nous ne relouerons pas cet endroit surtout à plus de 720 la semaine.

très bien situé, on est vraiment à quelques mètres du sommet pour faire de merveilleuses randonnée.Calme et vu imprenable sur la ville, chalet très mignon dans son jus nous avons apprécié, peut-être un peu petit pour 6 personnes.

Agréables vacances d'hiver

Nous avons adoré la localisation du chalet. Lieu calme, magnifique vue avec départ vers plusieurs belles randonnées et à proximité du domaine skiable. Le chalet était propre à notre arrivée et conforme à la description de l'annonce. L'acceuil et la communication avec le propriétaire ont été excellents. En résumé, nous avons passé d'excellentes vacances et nous comptons revenir prochainement.

Cadre idéal mais équipements sommaires

Le village de Jarrier est magnifique, l'emplacement est parfait pour partir en randonnée. Le grenier a beaucoup de charme mais mériterait un réagencement/désencombrement pour optimiser les espaces qui sont très réduits. Il manque également des équipements utiles (un peu plus de vaisselle notamment un couteau à pain, un étendoir pour le linge, une cuisine plus fonctionnelle avec un four, une vraie fermeture de la salle de bain, un loquet qui marche pour les WC, ...) et surtout la maison est trop petite pour 6 personnes d'autant que la mezzanine n'est pas du tout sécurisée, ni au niveau de l'échelle ni en bordure de plancher. Un accident peut très facilement arriver dans ces conditions, ce qui rend le lit double du haut inutilisable. Pour 4 personnes c'est bien mais pas au delà. Bref un très joli potentiel pour ce grenier typique, qui ne demande qu'à être mis en valeur ;)
