A mountain village in the heart of the Arvan Villard massif, renowned for its distinctive Aiguilles d'Arves peaks, hiking for all levels and the Etendard glacier, which rises to 3464m from the Col de la Croix de Fer. Pays d'Art et d'Histoire, with the listed 11th-century cathedral of St Jean de Maurienne just 12km away. The perfect destination for hikers and cyclists to discover the valley's different mountain ranges. Many legendary Alpine passes!
